What do you need to price a shipment?: Origin and destination, commodity, equipment or mode, quantity, gross weight, and the cargo ready date. Incoterms and dimensions help but are optional.
Which routes and modes do you cover?: Any origin and destination worldwide, including cross-trade that never touches the United States — ocean FCL and LCL, air, RoRo, breakbulk and project cargo, and road legs through qualified partners.
What is usually not included?: Import duties and taxes, destination demurrage and detention, inspections, and inland delivery unless they are listed on the quotation. Every quote states what is included.
How quickly will I hear back?: We aim to reply within one business day when the key details are complete. Complex or project cargo may take longer while partners confirm capability.
Is a quote request a booking?: No. A request is an inquiry only and carries no obligation. Nothing is booked until you accept a written quotation.
