Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by WestXport Logistics LLC.

General information only

Content on this website is general business information. It is not a freight quote, booking confirmation, contract of carriage, legal advice, customs advice, tax advice, or an offer of insurance.

Services and availability

Any services described here are subject to written agreement, availability, applicable laws and regulations, and the capabilities of qualified partners. Routing, equipment, schedules, and coverage vary by lane and are confirmed case by case.

WestXport Logistics LLC coordinates freight and cargo movements. Regulated and physical services — including carriage, customs brokerage, and insurance — are performed by appropriately authorized third parties, not by WestXport Logistics LLC.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a transportation, customs, insurance, or agency agreement, and does not reserve space, equipment, or a rate. No commitment exists until a written agreement is signed.

Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipment, cargo, and party details you submit. Incorrect or incomplete information can materially change routing, cost, feasibility, and compliance requirements.

No warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WestXport Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Third-party links

Any third-party links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
